We are excited to offer multiple scholarships to support minority seniors in achieving their educational goals. Scholarships have been allocated for Rockdale County High School (1), Rockdale County (1) and Saint Philip A.M.E. Church (1).
Scholarship Details:

Three $1,500+ R.E.E.S.E. Scholarships will be awarded to graduating high school minority seniors who have been accepted to an accredited college, technical school, or certified career program.
Eligibility Criteria:

Acceptance: Must be accepted and entering into a program by Fall 2026.

GPA: Minimum 2.0 GPA; high school transcript needed to verify.

Essay: At least a 1-page essay submission including your name, goals (short-term and/or long-term), and why you deserve this scholarship. The essay should also highlight how you embody the R.E.E.S.E. qualities of Resilience, Excellence, Enthusiasm, Sincerity, or Exuberant.

Letter of Reference: One letter of reference from an educator, mentor, or church leader.

Preference: Preference is given to students from single-parent homes and/or males though it is not required.
Special Recognition:

The Legacy scholarship is in memory and honor of a previous Rockdale County High School Graduate and a 20-year active Saint Philip A.M.E. Church member. We seek students who display similar goals or attributes that reflect these qualities.
